This is the best series I hace seen for the early elementary age in years. It's beautifully illustrated and simple, yet covers the elements of art with very few words. Even if the budding artist can't read well they could follow the illustrations and learn to paint and draw. Each book is hardcover with a slipcover and 48 very full pages. Highly recommended by me!
