Return Policy

MillerPadsandPaper.com will accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. All returns must be returned in new condition (not used). Shipping is never refunded and we will charge the shipping back to you if the return causes an order to fall below the Free Shipping Rate of $150.00.

Please mark in LARGE LETTERS "RETURN" on the outside of the box. Ship it back UPS or Priority Mail and please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process the return. If you would like to order something new please place a separate order so this does not slow the processing time down. There are no exchanges, all orders are handled as new orders. No exchanges or returns will be done at conventions as we are not set up to handle the returns there.
