  • At this time, Miller Pads & Paper ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Miller Pads & Paper ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We are now offering real time shipping rates through UPS and USPS!  We reserve the right to change the shipping total if the rate given does not reflect the actual shipping costs.  This is due to the fact that this is a new feature and it may have glitches in it.  However, if the difference is significant (by the estimate of the staff at Miller Pads and Paper), we will contact you to inform you of the difference in shipping rates.  

    ***Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to set up a Spee-Dee based shipping service, however when we see a shipment can be sent out Spee-Dee we will adjust the shipping costs to your advantage.  This is only available in certain regions.

    ***PLEASE NOTE:  Schools and Businesses buying product in bulk for a discounted price do not qualify for the free shipping offer.
